RMagick for Debian

RMagick is an ImageMagick binding for Ruby. I've been happily using RMagick to produce thumbnails for my photo-album, and find it to be most excellent.

In an attempt to share the joy, I've packaged RMagick for Debian GNU/Linux. Eventually, I'm keen to get these packages integrated into Debian itself ... but first, I need to negotiate their New Maintainer process.
